All our products are handcrafted by expert artisans, undergo rigorous quality checks, and a thorough visual audit before being dispatched. As each item is unique, there may be slight variations from the product images. However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns/Exchanges Policy
Eligibility:
1. You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of the delivery date.
2. Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange.
3. For items above Rs. 4000, an exchange is possible even if the product does not meet your preference. In such cases, a reverse pick-up fee of up to Rs. 100 will be applicable.
4. The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and certificates intact.
5. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
6. You can exchange an item purchased from www.kimikii.com for the same or a different item, subject to stock availability.
7. Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code or KIMIKII credit, valid for 6 months from the issuance date.
8. The return shipment will be scheduled for the address where the product was originally delivered. Our delivery partner will inspect the item at the time of pick-up.
9. You may exchange or return a product for the same value or higher in the case of size issues (rings, bangles), damage during transit, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Complete the form with your order number and the reason for the return, along with live images of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Alternatively, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at talktous@kimikii.com. Please include your order number and images/videos of the product, packaging, and tags to schedule a return pick-up.

Return Process:
- The product should be carefully repacked in its original packaging, along with all accessories received at the time of delivery.
- Once the product reaches our head office, it will undergo a quality check. Based on its condition, the appropriate action (exchange or refund) will be taken.
Reverse Pick-up:
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a pick-up (terms and conditions apply).
- Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they are in new, unused condition.
- If approved for a refund, it will be processed within 2 business days.
- If approved for an exchange, we will replace the item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or KIMIKII credit, valid for 6 months.

Important Notes:
1. For any defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video of the product.
2. To report a defective or incorrect product, visit the ‘My Orders’ section of www.kimikii.com, select ‘Return’, and follow the instructions to upload images. Ensure the unboxing video clearly highlights any defects or missing parts.
3. A 360-degree unpacking video is required to process returns. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may result in your claim being denied.
4. In the event of technical difficulties during the return process, please contact us at talktous@kimikii.com. We will respond within 48-72 hours with a resolution.
5. Complaints made after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be accepted.
6. Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level; we do not accommodate product-by-product requests.
7. In case of missing items in a return (where multiple items are returned but all are not received), KIMIKII reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product from the refund.
8. Once you’ve booked a return, please be available for the reverse pick-up. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pick-up, and the process will need to be re-initiated.
9. In rare cases where a pin code is not reverse serviceable, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post). In such cases, we will reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 70. For charges exceeding this amount, the excess will be deducted from your refund.
10. Any single jewelry piece in a combo/gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
11. Products purchased during promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes cannot be returned or replaced.
12. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing in case of heavy traffic.
