- We ship across India and to select international destinations.

 Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process. Estimated delivery times for such orders will be provided at the time of purchase.

 Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid.

 Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Orders below Rs. 599/- are not eligible for COD.
- Orders between Rs. 600 - Rs. 1999/- will incur a COD charge of Rs. 120/-.
- Orders between Rs. 2000 - Rs. 4999/- will incur a COD charge of Rs. 170/-.
- Orders above Rs. 5000/- are not eligible for COD.

 Prepaid:

- Orders above Rs. 599/- enjoy free shipping.
- For prepaid orders below Rs. 599/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 50/- will be applied.

 Delivery Time

- Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 6 PM EST.
- Non-business hours: Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within India typically takes 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or on your registered mobile number to monitor your shipment’s status.

 Customs and Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery.
